Bethesda is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant in Willmar, MN. You will be a primary caregiver providing quality, compassionate care to residents and assisting with ADLs.

This role supports the nursing team under LPNs/RNs, with shifts including days, evenings, and nights; weekend rotations and holidays may apply.

Applicants should complete an approved CNA program, maintain English literacy, and demonstrate teamwork and safety awareness.

Formación

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program and competency evaluation within four months from date of employment.
• Continued in-service education: no less than 12 hours per year to ensure competence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct resident cares as directed on care plans.
• Perform AM/PM cares and assist with activities of daily living.
• Communicate with residents, explain instructions, listen and direct.
• Assist with transfers, toileting, bathing, grooming, and routine tasks as assigned.
