Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and help residents maintain personal routines.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing/care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Document care and observations according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams and communicate respectfully with residents and families.
