• Assist with meal services, including serving and monitoring resident nutrition.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including laundry and housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and document resident's condition, reporting changes to staff.
• Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
