Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking a dedicated nursing assistant to support residents with daily living activities at Harvest Hill. You will assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and personal care, while documenting changes and coordinating with the care team.

Responsibilities include maintaining resident records, assisting with dining and laundry, participating in recreation, and protecting residents' safety. A supportive environment and core benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to think, act, and intervene independently in routine and emergency situations.
• Must relate to residents and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner.
• Must be willing to learn and to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, hygiene, mobility).
• Observes and reports changes in residents' condition.
• Documents resident incidents and maintains care records.
• Assists in dining, personal laundry, and participation in recreation activities.
• Maintains certifications and follows safety and care procedures.
