Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a part-time caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, transport within the community, and respond to emergencies. The role supports the health and well-being of senior residents in a caring, respectful environment.

The position offers a Friday and Saturday 2pm–10pm schedule, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and other voluntary options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be set.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, and maintaining their personal environment).
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
