The Harbor at Peace Village in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant to support seniors in maintaining independence and quality of life. You will assist with daily tasks, mobility, and medications (training provided) in a warm, home-like community.

This role offers a variety of shifts including evenings, days, and on-call, with starting pay of $19 per hour and higher for evening/overnight diffs, plus benefits for eligible schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check is required.
• Caregiving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and light housekeeping.
• Administer prescribed medications (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities.
