Job summary

Benedictine Living in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, helping maintain their personal environment and safety. You will build meaningful relationships through attentive care and clear communication.

You will document observations, assist with onboarding of new associates, and participate in medication administration training. English literacy and BLS certification are required; 18+ to operate lift equipment; competitive

Qualifications

Experience providing daily living assistance and compassionate resident care.
Ability to document observations accurately and consistently.
Experience onboarding new associates or staff.
Must complete medication administration training and competencies.
Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
