Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations as instructed.
• Support treatment programs designed for each resident.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Manage inventories and order equipment as needed.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and participate in quality improvement and safety programs.
• Project a professional image and support compassionate care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
