Job summary

Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe patient care in the Med/Surg/Telemetry unit. You will apply the nursing process, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians to respond to changes in condition.

Requirements include a current RN license, BLS at hire, ACLS preferred, and Acute Care experience; BSN preferred. This full-time role offers days shift and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS certification at hire and kept current.
• ACLS certification preferred within 30 days of hire.
• Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care in the Med/Surg/Telemetry unit.
• Educate patients and families and guide other nursing personnel.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or treatment.
