Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Program.
• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Canadian equivalent required before start date and valid at least 60 days beyond start date.
• ACLS required by end of unit orientation for specified units.
• NRP certification required by end of unit orientation for FBC.

Responsabilités

• Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Make appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Maintain quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.
• Perform other related job duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
