McLaren Health Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver quality nursing care using the nursing process. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to uphold professional standards and coordinate activities to ensure patient/family-centered care.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, planning and implementing care, intervening as needed, and evaluating patient responses. A State of Michigan RN license and BLS are required; a Bachelor's degree and ACLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited Nursing program is required.
• Current State of Michigan RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• ACLS certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.

Formation

Associate Degree from an accredited Nursing program

Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license

BLS certification

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program

ACLS certification
