Qualifications

• RN certification required.

• Able to work assigned shift.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Enhance clinical care and quality of life for residents.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Monitor residents daily and evaluate physical and emotional status.
• Keep RN Supervisor informed about residents and staff.
• Implement changes as directed by supervisor or Director of Nurses.
• Perform professional nursing procedures per facility policy.
