BK Behavior is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services to clients in home or community settings, implementing individualized skill-building plans and data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
