Bright Builders ABA seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in the client’s home in Hagerstown, MD. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement tailored treatment plans and support families.

The role is part-time with flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $24–$30 per hour, and opportunities for supervision and training to grow in your RBT credentials.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by the BCBA
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
• Communicate professionally with families and team members
