Job summary

Kore Autism Services in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We are an ABA company dedicated to transforming lives with evidence-based practices, and we hire only those who already hold an RBT credential.

This full-time role offers a 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM schedule, 1:1 therapy in-home or in-clinic, data collection, and collaboration with families and BCBA. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, and paid orientation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential at the time of hire.
• 1 year of work experience in ABA therapy preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or developmental disabilities preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Must pass a background check and obtain a Texas Fingerprinting Report prior to orientation.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification required, or must be obtained before orientation.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Support clients in developing essential life skills through structured activities and positive reinforcement.
