Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in medical records or clerical roles preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and digital radiology records is a plus.
• Computer literacy and strong organizational skills required.
• Comfortable with alphabetical and numerical filing systems.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift/move up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing demands.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional patient-focused demeanor.
• Must be able to travel to other clinic sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to and from exam rooms with professionalism and care
• Maintain and manage electronic radiology files in SECTRA PACS
• Perform clerical duties related to imaging procedures and patient flow
• Monitor and maintain X ray prep supplies and inventory
• Support the radiology team by preparing rooms and assisting with workflow
• Ensure a clean organized and patient friendly environment
