Heritage Woods of Newburgh seeks a compassionate Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide individualized, plan-based care on-site to our residents. You will collaborate with the clinical team to monitor health changes and support families with empathy.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold QMA certification in Indiana.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

• Engage with residents and family members with compassion and dignity; maintain confidentiality.
