Job summary

Envive Healthcare of Beech Grove is seeking a compassionate Qualified Medication Assistant (QMA) to join our team. You will assist with medication administration, monitor residents, and provide daily living support within a resident-centered environment.

Candidates should hold Indiana QMA certification and complete a state-approved training. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with opportunities to contribute to a supportive, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• QMA certification in Indiana
• Completion of a state-approved training course for medication administration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to residents under supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities ( bathing, dressing, grooming )
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
