Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA).
• Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in good standing.
• Some experience preferred, ideally 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record prescribed medications under supervision.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medication according to policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed.
