Job summary

Oasis at 30th is seeking a Part-Time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Indianapolis, IN to provide individualized resident care on the 2nd shift. The role requires Indiana QMA certification, CPR/AED, and excellent communication to support residents and their families.

You will collaborate with the clinical team, follow care plans, and participate in ongoing training to maintain high standards of care while ensuring confidentiality and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana.
• Must possess current hands-on CPR and AED certification upon hire.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
