Job summary

Oasis-At-30th in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a part-time QMA to join our 2nd shift care team. The role offers hourly pay between $19.00 and $21.00 and requires a valid QMA certification in Indiana, plus a high school diploma or GED.

You will follow care plans, report health changes, engage with residents and families, participate in ongoing education, and maintain confidentiality. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, EAP, and referral programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
