Qualifications

• Certified QMA or CMA in good standing in the state.
• CNA certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents under licensed supervision.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration within the scope of the role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per company policy.
• Chart medication as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
