Trilogy Health Services in Batesville, IN is hiring a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) for 2nd or 3rd shift. You will assist with administering medications under licensed supervision and support residents with daily living activities.

We seek candidates certified as QMA/CMA with CNAs in good standing, and with 0–1 years of relevant experience. The role includes comprehensive Thrive benefits and weekly pay, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Certified QMA or CMA in good standing in the state.
• CNA certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents under licensed supervision.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration within the scope of the role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per company policy.
• Chart medication as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
