You will assist licensed therapists, implement treatment plans, monitor progress, document care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless, person-centered services.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado PTA certification.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and support patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Conduct physical therapy treatments, such as exercises, stretches, and modalities, under supervision.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
