Job summary

Choice Health At Home is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant in Venice, FL, to support licensed physical therapists in delivering rehabilitative care. You will help patients recover mobility and function through tailored exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, while documenting progress and coordinating with the team.

The ideal candidate holds a PTA license, CPR certification, and one year of home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PTA program and state licensure.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• 1 year of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities under supervision.
• Monitor and document patient responses and progress.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and device use.
• Maintain a safe, clean treatment environment and sanitize equipment.
