Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong foundation in physical therapy principles, techniques and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with patient-centered care.
• Ability to lift, push and pull equipment and supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and update patient treatment plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
• Conduct patient education and training on proper body mechanics, safety, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
