Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient care techniques and recovery programs
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write and understand English
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment
• Six months of direct care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Attends regular shifts and may include overtime
• Assist with activities of daily living and hygiene
• Accompany patients to appointments as required
• Promote safety and de-escalation in crisis situations
• Support recovery plans and document care interactions
• Co-facilitates groups and participates in care planning
