Job summary

World Relief is seeking a Program Assistant to support Upstate SC’s Economic Empowerment programs, including Matching Grant and RSS Employment, Adult Education, and Walk-In Services. You will help clients adjust to life in a new country, build English skills, and connect with resources while working with program specialists.

This full-time role offers hands-on experience in case management, client support, and community engagement, with opportunities to grow in a mission-driven Christian

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate mature Christian faith and commitment to World Relief’s mission.
• Experience in social services and helping vulnerable populations.
• Ability to affirm World Relief’s beliefs and values.

Responsibilities

• Support Employment, Education, and Walk-In services for refugees and immigrants.
• Assist clients with resumes, applications, interviews, and job placements.
• Maintain accurate client files, data entry, and documentation across programs.
