Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, as well as a HeartSaver BLS certification. Responsibilities include monitoring patient safety, documenting care, and assisting during transport and tests. Shift work includes variable PRN shifts across different units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• HeartSaver level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct and indirect patient care for one to two patients.
• Ensure patient safety by monitoring catheters, tubes, or medical equipment.
• Identify and report changes in patient status to RN.
