Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Competency evaluation program completed.
• Must be listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry.
• One year home health aide or nurse aide experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding).
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with clients, families and healthcare professionals about needs and concerns.
• Follow care plans and contribute to personalized care strategies.
