Qualifications
Must have reliable transportation as services are provided within the comfort of our clients' homes.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to read and follow written instructions regarding the client's established plan of care.
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision outside of routine RN visits.
Must be willing to perform domestic and household tasks.
Ability to maintain care records and accurately document services provided.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, mobility assistance, and medical appointment supervision.
Document services provided during shifts and observations of client's conditions.
