Rolling Hills Healthcare Center in New Albany, IN is recruiting for a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Shifts vary and PRN positions are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enroll and complete within 120 days of employment.
• Ability to perform resident care procedures and follow care plans, with independent decision-making when needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal/nursing care according to the resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities for residents.
• Monitor and respond to resident requests with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean, pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities within and outside the center.
• Ensure care is provided in a dignified and respectful manner.
• Perform basic nursing care procedures as required.
