Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support for efficient primary care delivery. The role is full-time in Upper Arlington, OH, with daytime hours and benefits eligibility.

You will work with the clinical care team to deliver quality patient care, assist with exams, administer vaccines, collect specimens, and maintain accurate EHR documentation while upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program required.
• MA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the clinical care team to deliver patient care.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist with procedures.
• Administer injections and collect specimens.
• Record vital signs and document in the EHR.
• Communicate test results and coordinate patient education.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
