Job summary

WellNow-Urgent-Care in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based setting.

You will conduct exams, diagnose and manage conditions, perform in-scope procedures, and coordinate care with ENT, surgical, and medical subspecialties, using E-ClinicalWorks for documentation. Licensure as an Ohio NP-C/FNP or PA-C and strong patient communication are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP-C/FNP or PA-C in Ohio.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
• Ability to manage a broad patient panel across ages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams, patient histories, and assessments.
• Diagnose and manage conditions across lifespan.
• Provide primary care support across specialties and perform in-scope procedures.
• Collaborate with ENT, surgical, and medical subspecialties for continuity of care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and prevention strategies.
