Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Medical Assistant to support Mercy Primary Care Providers in delivering patient-centered care. You will collaborate with patients and the care team to ensure safe, timely, and efficient service within Mercy’s standards.

New hires must attend MA Clinic Academy training; high school diploma required, and MA program graduation is preferred. Prior patient care or medical office experience is a plus; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Education Preferred: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Experience Preferred: One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Partner with patients, providers, and care team to drive quality outcomes.
