Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Edmond I-35 (South) is seeking Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or EMT/Paramedic for a full-time role in Edmond, OK. The position features 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for visits, taking vital signs, reviewing history, assisting with testing, administering vaccines, and coordinating follow-up care with the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• 6 months of clinical healthcare experience preferred, primary care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for visit by taking chief complaint, vital signs, and medication reconciliation.
• Assist with in-office testing such as EKGs, blood draws, and point-of-care testing.
• Administer vaccines and injections within scope of practice.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate care with providers.
