Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team and support the physical therapy process under the supervision of licensed PTs.

You will assist in delivering individualized treatment plans, contribute to program development, and ensure accurate charting of patient conditions and responses. Collaboration with therapists and facility staff is essential to provide quality care.

Qualifications

• Qualified physical therapy assistant working under supervision.
• Experience supporting PT-created plans of care.
• Ability to document patient progress and communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs with PT guidance.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
