Optimal Home Care Inc is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitative services for patients in Colorado. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in evaluations and the development of individualized care plans while ensuring patient safety and privacy.

The role requires a Colorado PTA license, CAPTE-accredited training, and strong communication skills to document patient progress and collaborate with families.

Qualifikationen

• One year of experience preferred.
• Graduated from a PTA curriculum approved by CAPTE/ APTA.
• Licensed in Colorado in good standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document client activity and communicate with clients.

Aufgaben

• Assist in evaluation and development of the rehabilitation plan of care.
• Maintain patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform routine strengthening and therapeutic exercises.
• Teach exercise programs to patients and families.
• Maintain daily progress notes and report findings to the supervising PT.
• Be supervised at least monthly by the Physical Therapist.
