The position involves preparing patients for treatments, assisting with modalities, and supporting administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing, with opportunities for benefits and growth.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
• English proficiency: read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy and assists with treatments.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises under staff guidance.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets.
• Maintains restrooms and cleans windows; restocks supplies.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Monitors inventory of non-medical and medical supplies.
