Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 84-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in North Carolina. This full-time position offers 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, with no weekend rotation, and pays $41.53–$46.35 per hour.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore mobility and reduce pain. Requirements include a PT degree and an active state license.

Qualifications

• PT degree (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate) required.
• Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• 1–2 years of SNF or similar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PT principles, techniques, and modalities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' abilities, limitations, and medical history to determine treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with exercises and modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other clinicians for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in PT services.
