Springtree Health & Rehabilitation Center in Roanoke, Virginia is seeking a caring Physical Therapist licensed in Virginia or eligible for licensure. Join our team of rehabilitation professionals delivering PT, OT, and speech services in a state-of-the-art rehab gym.

We aim to help patients regain independence and return home. The PT will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, obtain physician approval, and document care.

Qualifications

• Virginia PT license required in Virginia or eligible for licensure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans.
• Obtain approval for services from physicians.
• Supervise PTAs and aides; discharge planning.
• Record evaluations, treatments, and charges.
• Screen residents for PT benefits.
