Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' physical abilities and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide physical therapy treatments, including exercises and modalities, to improve strength and mobility.
• Use techniques such as manual therapy, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound.
• Assess and address barriers impacting participation in activities.
• Communicate with families and caregivers about progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to stay current with best practices.
