Qualifications

• Competency in therapy treatment and evaluation principles and equipment utilization.
• Knowledge of state and federal accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, screen, and treat patients who need physical therapy services
• Review medical charts and develop treatment plans in accordance with patient needs
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of treatment staff
• Provide necessary supervision for therapy assistants
• Maintain accurate billing information and confidentiality of medical records
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings and family meetings as appropriate
