Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Improve resident functionality through therapy.
• Assist in evaluations and set appropriate goals for residents.
• Provide continued support of goal achievement.
• Assist patients in restoration of wellness and independence.
• Set goals for mobility, function and independence.
• Maintain communication with other care personnel for coordinated plans.
