Job summary

Frontline Personnel is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in the Long-Term Care rehab setting. You will provide skilled physical therapy services to elderly patients in skilled nursing facilities, with emphasis on maximizing independence and improving wellbeing.

The role requires a current PT license, and while experience is preferred, new grads are welcome to apply. We offer flexible shifts and daily pay options to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• A Current Physical Therapist license by state is REQUIRED.
• Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT services in Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients.
• Use assessments to identify needs and plan interventions.
• Interpret results to determine PT needs and progress.
