Qualifications

• Must hold a current Pennsylvania PTA license.
• Experience in long-term-care settings preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination, including booster, is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating residents and developing a treatment plan to meet their needs.
• Assist activities helping residents perform daily tasks independently.
• Monitor residents as they carry out assigned tasks.
• Rehabilitate residents who have been disabled due to injury, illness, or other conditions.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and support team cooperation.
