Qualifications

• Licensure and Registration in Arizona.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred: Six months of experience in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs for physical therapy in a timely manner and documents care.
• Develop and maintain long and short-term treatment goals for patients.
• Integrate information and involve patient/family in planning process.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding their status.
• Utilize appropriate forms of treatment with the highest level of care.
• Stay updated in the field through workshops and self-study.
