Qualifications

• Ability to analyze patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Ability to use computers and documentation software professionally.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition.
• Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.
• Developing treatment plans using a variety of techniques.
• Creating personalized fitness-oriented health care programs for patients.
• Administering physically therapeutic treatments to relieve pain and improve mobility.
• Advising patients on exercise techniques and home programs.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
• Documenting patient care history and maintaining records.
