Must pass a state-administered exam or the National Physical Therapy Exam.
Level II Background Screenings will be completed on all applicants.

Administers treatment programs and assesses patient health.
Documents patient care in records and ensures infection-control compliance.
Performs therapeutic procedures and assists patients with activities.
