• Promotes and maintains health by providing physical therapy services under supervision.

• Administers treatment programs for patients.
• Assesses patient health via interviews, exams and therapy histories.
• Documents patient care in records and charts.
• Maintains infection-control policies and safe work environment.
• Updates job knowledge through continuing education and professional activities.
