• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid PT license to practice in the state.
• Conduct assessments and provide direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients.
• Provide direct patient care to assess medical conditions.
• Document care efficiently using EMR.
